Three people convicted of ferrying methamphetamine from Nevada to South Dakota now know their fate. 48-year-old Josh Sanders and 45-year-old Gregory Murphy if Rapid City, along with 36-year-old Cathy Jacques of Box Elder were convicted of distribution of a controlled substance. The Department of Justice says from November 2018 to April 2019 picked up in meth in Nevada and brought it back to South Dakota for sales. They say Josh Sanders was the primary source of the meth, and would give it to the other two to sell in the community. When they were arrested in April of 2019, officers found three pounds of meth in their car.
