North Dakota involved in election lawsuit

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota is joining 16 other states in a lawsuit to delay the appointment of presidential electors from Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. The suit claims the four states acted unconstitutionally when they changed their election laws. North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenejhem says the state joined the legal action because only the U.S. Supreme Court can decide cases among the states under the Constitution.
