Burgum: Active COVID-19 cases drop during mask mandate

(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Doug Burgum says active COVID-19 cases have dropped by over 50-percent during the state’s mask mandate. Burgum says the mandate is one of several factors that have driven down the state’s COVID-19 numbers. The state’s active case count has dropped from over ten-thousand to fewer than five-thousand.
