(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem is supporting an Arizona voter-fraud lawsuit. Noem filed a friend of the court brief to the Supreme Court in a case that involves two Arizona laws that deal with voting rights. One law requires election officials to throw out ballots cast in the wrong location, and the other forbids a third party from delivering a person’s absentee ballot, or ballot harvesting. President Trump says ballot harvesting was used to generate additional votes for Joe Biden. Governor Noem’s brief argues that Arizona’s election integrity laws violate the voting rights of minority populations.
