(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota health officials are reporting no new COVID-19 deaths. Officials reported yesterday that there were no new deaths related to the virus. Officials did announce 287 new cases of COVID-19 as the first doses of a newly approved Pfizer vaccine began shipping. North Dakota’s positivity rate is just under five-percent, and 270 people remain hospitalized. There are nearly 37-hundred active cases in the state.
