Sioux Falls Authorities Name Teen Shooting Suspect

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Police are naming a suspect in a Sioux Falls teens shooting death after a drug deal and robbery gone wrong. Devon Montileaux is wanted for first-degree manslaughter and second-degree murder charges in connection with the killing of Ephraim Shulue. The shooting happened last week in the 900-block of North Cleveland Avenue. Montileaux met with Shulue and another person the night of the shooting for a marijuana deal in a vehicle when Shulue and the other person tried to rob him. Shulue was shot after exiting the vehicle and died at the hospital.
