North Dakota Company Helps Keep Pfizer Vaccine Cold

(Bismarck, ND) — Dakota Gasification Company is working with American Welding and Gas to help keep the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine chilled during transportation. Dakota Gasification is supplying liquid CO2 to American Welding and Gas to aid in storing the vaccine at the recommended 94 degrees below zero. The two companies are in a partnership to pressurize and fill the storage tanks at the Department of Health in Bismarck. The tanks feed the dry ice machine to keep the vaccine at the proper temperature.
