Teen Gives Not Guilty Plea To Killing Pedestrian

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck teen is pleading not guilty to hitting and killing a pedestrian. The 19-year-old Bismarck man entered the plea Monday. Police say TC Carry Moccasin had been arrested prior to the crash November 15th for physically controlling a vehicle and possession of marijuana. Carry Moccasin was returning to his residence early the next day when police say he hit and killed 42-year-old Mark Streeper on West Main Street. He is charged with criminal vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment, DUI, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
