(Bismarck, ND) — Many of North Dakota’s older executive orders are now removed. Governor Doug Burgum terminated 31 executive orders Friday, saying they “have fulfilled their stated objectives and are no longer necessary.” Most were more than six-months old, but two were recent. The recent orders rescinded were related to the processing of absentee ballots mitigation measures announced last month that were allowed to expire. The state mask mandate is still in effect.
