COVID-19 Active Cases On Downswing In SD

(Pierre, SD) — Health officials say the number of COVID-19 hospitalizations and active cases is going down in South Dakota. Officials reported over 82-hundred active cases of the virus, with 391 new cases yesterday. Reported hospitalizations decreased by 20 to 345. There were eleven newly reported deaths. South Dakota has had 13-hundred-61 COVID-19-related deaths since the pandemic began.
