Another Teen Faces Charges In SF Slaying

(Sioux Falls, SD) — A second teen is facing charges in the shooting death of another teen. Police say 17-year-old Sembel Sale was partially responsible for the death of 16-year-old Ephraim Shulue in the course of a robbery during a drug deal. Sale is being charged with first-degree murder even though he was not the gunman. In South Dakota, an individual committing a violent felony that results in death can be charged with first-degree murder.
