Noem Wants Progress in Ravnsborg Crash Probe

(Pierre, ND) — Governor Kristi Noem says she’s frustrated with the lack of progress in the investigation into a deadly crash involving Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg. The Hyde County State’s Attorney’s Office is responsible for determining if Ravnsborg should be indicted after he struck and killed 55-year-old Joe Boever the evening of September 12th. Noem has promised transparency in the investigation. Secretary of Public Safety Craig Price turned over his investigation reports several weeks ago to states attorneys, who will determine if charges will be filed in connection with the crash.
