(Fargo, ND) — Fargo Police are forwarding four reports of COVID-19 violations to the Liquor Control Board. Chief David Zibolski says officers have conducted 209-compliance checks and since November, 90-percent of businesses are following COVID-19 orders. Most businesses that aren’t following the rules have put appropriate measures in place after being checked. Of those, four complaints have been sent to the Liquor Control Board. Officials haven’t identified the establishments sent to the board.
