(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls legislator says she will not return to the state Capitol in Pierre until she is vaccinated for COVID-19. Representative Linda Duba says she doesn’t feel safe attending the legislative session and will participate remotely. The 64-year-old former educator says her personal health must take priority. It is unclear when Duba will be eligible to receive the vaccine.
