(Spearfish, SD) — A new housing development in Spearfish is underway with over 150 people already on a waiting list for new houses. Developers said yesterday that the Skyridge development will have about 140 homes ranging between 100-thousand and 275-thousand-dollars in price when finished. Dream Design International is overseeing the project and says the new community could potentially feature a sports complex with soccer, baseball, and softball fields along with a mountain biking part. Officials say construction on the first homes should start this summer.
