Bismarck Man Arrested On Terrorizing Charge

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is facing several charges for allegedly shooting a home with a BB gun and threatening to burn it down on Christmas Day. Police say they were dispatched to a home on West Sweet Avenue around 6 p.m. where residents reported receiving threats from Roger Hacker Jr. One of the victims showed police footage of Hacker Jr. saying he was going to burn the house down, shoot at cops and kill them after he poured gasoline around the home. He was arrested in his apartment on Memorial Highway and is facing charges of attempt to commit endangering by fire or explosion, terrorizing and criminal mischief.
