(Bismarck, ND) — The effort to make marijuana legal in North Dakota is ramping up. Supporters of an unsuccessful 2020 ballot measure submitted a petition yesterday to Secretary of State Al Jaeger that may be circulated if it is approved. Advocates would then have a year to submit at least 26-thousand-904 signatures to make the next ballot. The 2020 effort failed to get enough signatures for ballot placement.
