(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem is set to give her state-of-the-state address today. This will be her third address since she was elected in 2018. Noem will speak at the state Capitol before a joint session of the North Dakota House and Senate. She is expected to focus on the state’s COVID-19 response, new economic opportunities in the state, and her stance on the newly approved legalization of medical and recreational marijuana. Her address will be televised and livestreamed and marks the beginning of the 2021 legislative session.
