Fargo Police Arrest Louisiana Woman After Motel Gunfire Incident

(Fargo, ND) — Police say a Louisiana woman is under arrest after allegedly shooting at a man during a domestic dispute at a motel. Officers responded to the Motel Six at 36th Street and 12 Avenue South overnight. Police say 32-year-old Demetria Joseph fired a gun toward a man in the motel hallway, missing him. Police say she met officers in the parking lot and was taken into custody. She was charged with aggravated reckless endangerment, possession of a stolen firearm, and marijuana possession. She is also facing an arrest warrant for a home invasion burglary.
