Talk In Legislature Of Ending Daylight Saving Time

(Bismarck, ND) — Lawmakers in the House are considering ending Daylight Saving Time in North Dakota. A House bill would exempt the state from Daylight Saving Time, keeping clocks the same year round. Arizona, Hawaii, and parts of Indiana are already exempt. The practice began in the United States in 1918.
