Blizzard Warning Up For Eastern SD Until 6-PM

(Undated) — A blizzard warning is in place for Eastern South Dakota, with high winds and “extremely dangerous travel conditions” happening. The National Weather Service issued the warning yesterday evening, which will continue through 6 p.m. today. The NWS is expecting several inches of snow and high winds in the area throughout the day. Officials are advising against travel, but say those that must get out in the weather should bring a winter survival kit.
