Increased Bar, Restaurant Capacity Allowed Today

(Fargo, ND) — Bars, restaurants and venues can increase capacity today as North Dakota’s COVID level goes to green-low risk status. This means facilities can have up to 65-percent or 80-percent capacity, depending on how many people they can hold. Face coverings are still strongly recommended or required at these locations. Governor Doug Burgum says people still need to be mindful of masking and social distancing, despite cases going down.
