(Fargo, ND) — A bill to ban seatbelt requirements in North Dakota has failed. It would’ve made it so anyone 18-or-older didn’t have to buckle up while driving. Last week, the state senate passed a bill making not wearing a seatbelt a primary offense. That means people can be pulled over for not buckling up.
