(Fargo, ND) — Residential fires broke out Saturday night in North Dakota during some of the coldest weather yet this year. Two people are injured after a mobile home fire in North Fargo. The blaze broke out Saturday night in the one-thousand-block of Monte Carlo Drive north. Two occupants of the home were taken to the hospital for treatment for smoke inhalation and released. Fire crews also rescued two small dogs trapped inside. The occupants and dogs are now staying with loved ones.
In Mandan, no injuries are reported after a Mandan house fire in that city. The blaze also broke out Saturday night in the 500-block of Sixth Avenue Northwest. The home was engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
