Bill Would Require Mental Health Wellness Education In ND Schools

(Bismarck, ND) — A new bill would require middle and high school students to go through a mental health and wellness curriculum. The legislation is aimed at reducing North Dakota’s teen suicide rate, which is the ninth highest in the nation. Survivors of teen suicide attempts spoke in favor of the bill at the Capitol yesterday.
