(Washington, DC) — North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer says he expects to cast a vote to acquit former President Trump in his second impeachment trial. This week, the Senate voted to proceed with the trial after six Republicans voted with Senate Democrats that the trial is constitutional. The House voted to impeach Trump on charges he incited and inflamed supporters to storm the U-S Capitol last month. But Senator Cramer, a Republican, says it will take a lot of convincing for him to change his mind.
