SD House Rejects Telehealth Medical Marijuana Legislation

(Pierre, SD) — The South Dakota House is rejecting a bill that would have allowed patients to get medical marijuana through a telehealth visit. Representative Drew Dennert sponsored the bill and said 31 other states allow telehealth medical marijuana prescriptions. House members voted against the measure by a slim margin yesterday.
