Tragedy On The Highway: Four Dead

(Wagner, SD) — Four people are dead and one is injured after a two-vehicle crash near Wagner. The crash happened last night when a Chrysler going south on South Dakota Highway 50 failed to stop at an intersection and collided with a Jeep going west. The Chrysler went into a ditch and caught fire. The 31-year-old female driver, a 28-year-old female passenger, and a 33-year-old male passenger were taken to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead. A 27-year-old male passenger is hospitalized with serious non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Jeep was pronounced dead at the scene.
