(Minot, ND) — North Dakota lawmakers are considering giving hunters ages 75 and older an advantage in the moose lottery. Applicants for a moose tag have their names put in a lottery, and a bill is proposing that people 75 and older get entered twice. The state’s Game and Fish Department says the practice would only raise a person’s odds by a small amount.
