Bill Offers Private Education Tax Credits In ND

(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota House is advancing a bill that would offer families tax credits for private education. The bill would provide a 500-dollar income tax credit for each student that attends private or homeschool. A state-sponsored study says the bill would save families over nine-and-a-half million dollars over the next two years. The bill passed by only two votes.
