(Fargo, ND) — Changes could be coming to the Fargo Liquor Control Board. According to a current board member, the group currently comprises two city commissioners, the police chief, the city auditor and the director of environmental health. Under a proposed rule change, city staffers would be replaced by a newly appointed panel made up of four members of the public and one city commissioner, who would serve as chairperson. Each board member would serve for three years, with staggered start times to bring in new people on a regular basis.
