Ravnsborg Pleads Not Guilty In Connection To Pedestrian Death

(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota’s attorney general is pleading not guilty in connection to the death of a pedestrian. Jason Ravnsborg was not present Friday when his lawyer entered his plea, six months after authorities say he struck Joseph Boever. The victim was apparently walking on the side of the highway when he was hit with Ravnsborg’s car. He faces three misdemeanor charges of careless driving, driving outside of the lane, and operating a vehicle while on a mobile device.
