Noem Proposes Medical Marijuana Compromise

(Rapid City, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem has written state lawmakers about a compromise for the proposal to allow medical marijuana in South Dakota. According to Black Hills Fox News, the letter would decriminalize possession of marijuana, though it would still be illegal to possess marijuana without a qualifying medical condition.
