Noem: No to “Vaccine Passports”

(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem says she is against the idea of vaccine passports in the United States. Noem tweeted yesterday that President Biden’s proposal would be oppressive. The U.S. already requires incoming international travelers to be tested for COVID-19 or prove that they’ve recovered from the virus within the last 90 days to enter the country. Noem responded to the controversy over proposed government vaccination requirements after potential 2024 GOP presidential rival Florida Governor Rick DeSantis weighed in against the idea.
