(Goodwin, SD) — The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a single-vehicle crash that left a 33-year-old man dead. The accident occurred Friday afternoon northeast of Watertown. The patrol reports the man’s vehicle swerved off the road after the driver failed to negotiate a turn and overturned. The man was wearing a seat belt but was pronounced dead at the scene. His name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
