Group Wants Higher Standard For Constitutional Amendments

(Bismarck, ND) — A group is proposing a higher standard for amending the North Dakota Constitution. Project North Dakota wants proposals to amend the state constitution would be limited to one subject and would need at least 60-percent of voters in favor. The measure is proposed for the 2022 ballot.
