Reward Money Posted In 2 SD Killings

(Pierre, SD) — The FBI, the Pierre Police Department, and the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services are offering a 10-thousand-dollar reward for information in a pair of 2019 killings. Authorities say 39-year-old Carmen Charger and 63-year-old Delmas Traversie were killed in Eagle Butte between March 13th and March 15th. Both were members of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Reservation.
