Rolling Blackouts Hurt Bakken Oil Production In February

(Bismarck, ND) — Officials say North Dakota oil production dropped in February because of rolling blackouts in the Bakken. Data released yesterday shows the state’s daily oil output fell six-percent that month and natural gas production fell five-percent. The state has kept its flaring beneath the state target of nine-percent.
