Rapid Man Dead In Wyoming Crash

(Sundance, WY) — A Rapid City man has died after a one-vehicle crash in Wyoming. The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Kelsey Conner was driving east on I-90 near Sundance Wednesday when the tread shredded off the left rear tire. Conner lost control of the vehicle, and it rolled. Authorities say Conner wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Highway Patrol says speed, alcohol or drug use, and equipment failure are believed to be possible contributing factors in the crash.
