Defense Attorney In RJR Killings Seeks To Withdraw

(Bismarck, ND) — The Bismarck defense attorney in the RJR killings wants to withdraw as counsel for his client. Robert Quick’s client Chad Isaak is filing a disciplinary complaint against him. Isaak is accused of killing RJR Maintenance and Management co-owner 52-year-old Robert Fakler, and employees 42-year-old Adam Fuehrer and 50-year-old William Cobb and 45-year-old Lois Cobb, who were married. Police haven’t established a motive for the April 2019 killings. Quick says the disciplinary complaint causes a conflict of interest with his client, obligating him to withdraw.
