Earthquake Strikes Southern South Dakota

(Undated) — The U.S. Geological Survey says southern South Dakota has experienced an earthquake. Officials say the three-point-seven magnitude quake happened Friday morning just north of South Dakota’s border with Nebraska. The epicenter of the quake was located about eleven miles southeast of Fairfax. This was the third quake of the year in the state.
