Women’s March Held To Advocate For Abortion Rights

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls is one of the thousands of cities where a Women’s March was held over the weekend. Nearly 400 South Dakotans gathered in Sioux Falls Saturday morning to advocate for free access to abortion. Protesters rallied against a new Texas law banning abortions after six weeks of pregnancy. The gathering happened in the parking lot of Carnegie Hall. The march countered the South Dakota Right to Life state convention, also being held in the city.
