Osborn Walks-Off Panthers

(Charlotte, NC) — Kirk Cousins hit KJ Osborn for a 27-yard touchdown in overtime to give the Vikings a 34-28 win over the Panthers in Charlotte. Minnesota was ahead 28-17 halfway through the fourth quarter, but Sam Darnold threw a seven-yard touchdown pass to Robbie Anderson to cap off a 96-yard, 87-second game-tying drive. Greg Joseph missed a 47-yard potential game-winning field goal for the Vikings at the end of regulation. Cousins finished with 373 passing yards and three touchdowns while Dalvin Cook added 140 rushing yards and a score in his first game in two weeks. The Vikings are tied with Chicago for second in the NFC North at 3-and-3. Minnesota has a bye this week.
