Timberwolves Defeat NBA Champs

(Milwaukee, WI) — The Wolves scored 44 points in the first quarter and held off a late rally in their 113-108 win over the Bucks at Fiserv Forum. Minnesota never trailed during its game against the reigning NBA champions. D’Angelo Russell led Minnesota with 29 points, while both Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards finished with 25. The 3-and-1 Wolves host the Nuggets on Saturday.
