Wild Cancel Practice Amidst COVID Outbreak

(Seattle, WA) — The Minnesota Wild’s COVID-19 problem is getting worse. After three assistant coaches were placed in the league’s COVID protocol on Tuesday, the team canceled their afternoon practice yesterday. The Athletic’s Michael Russo says that at least two players have tested positive for COVID, and he added that the team will call up Kyle Rau, Connor Dewar, and Jon Lizotte from Iowa. The 5-1-and-0 Wild play the Kraken in Seattle tonight.
