(Cambridge, UK) — A team of British researchers say DNA taken from a strand of hair confirms that a South Dakota man is the great-grandson of Sitting Bull. Researchers at the University of Cambridge analyzed a hair sample from the 19th century Native American leader, and confirmed he was the ancestor of 73-year-old Ernie LaPointe of Lead, South Dakota.
