(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Doug Burgum’s Governor’s Residence is one of many that welcomed trick-or-treaters last night. Burgum dressed as a Department of Transportation employee to promote the state’s DOT system. He also continued a long-standing tradition of handing out candy to families. Kids also got to learn about the equipment used to work on roadways. The tradition of trick-or-treating at the Governor’s Residence goes back several decades.
