ND Senate Passes ARPA Spending Bill

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota’s Senate is advancing one of its largest spending bills of the special session. The bill allocates 571 million from the American Rescue Plan Act to approximately 40 different state needs. Allocations include 150-million dollars for an east-west natural gas pipeline. Several changes and amendments were suggested during the debate before the final bill was finalized. The bill now heads to the House.
