Third Victim In Scotland, SD Shooting Dies

(Scotland, SD) — A third victim in a Scotland, South Dakota shooting is dead. The Division of Criminal Investigation says the Tuesday night shooting was the result of a “domestic-related altercation” that ended with two people dead and three people injured. Court documents for yesterday show that Francis Lange was arrested and charged after the shooting with three counts of first-degree murder, attempted murder, and aggravated assault. He is currently being held on two-million dollars cash bond.
