(Inglewood, CA) — Kirk Cousins overcame a second-half deficit in a 27-20 Vikings win over the Chargers at SoFi Stadium. After Justin Herbert put the Chargers ahead on the opening drive of the second half with a touchdown pass to Austin Ekeler, Cousins hit Tyler Conklin on a one-yard pass into the end zone to give the Vikings the lead. Dalvin Cook rushed in for a score on the next Minnesota drive to put the Vikings up by two possessions. Cousins finished the day with 294 passing yards and two touchdowns to Conklin, and Justin Jefferson caught nine passes for 143 yards. Defensively, Eric Kendricks led the way with a sack and an interception. Minnesota is in second place in the NFC North at 4-and-5.
